The Bonn Center for Neuroscience (BCN) provides a highly collaborative research environment where interdisciplinary approaches integrate experiments with theory and computation. Our groups conduct research across various fields of neuroscience – from neurodevelopment and synaptogenesis to cognitive and clinical neurophysiology, neuroeconomics, and personalized digital health. In collaboration with partners from the Max Planck Institute and DZNE, we investigate fundamental brain mechanisms, neurodegenerative diseases, and innovative therapeutic approaches.
